During my stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the room where I stayed. Additionally, the hotel is equipped with ample parking spaces for guests' vehicles, which made my stay convenient. Moreover, the hotel's location in proximity to the Sarigawa Onsen area allowed me to explore this scenic spot effortlessly. Lastly, I would like to highlight the hotel staff's helpfulness and friendly demeanor, which added to the overall positive experience.
Not obvious to find, but the hotel's breakfast options were limited and could be improved to cater to guests' different tastes.

The hot springs were enjoyable and relaxing. The outdoor pool and snowfall were a unique experience. The room was spacious and clean.
Very few staff members could speak or understand English, making communication a major problem. The food was limited, and there were no options available other than the traditional Japanese breakfast.

We were amazed by the cozy Tatami room, which even featured a Western-style dining area and a comfy lazyboy. the hot springs on the basement floor were a blessing for our tired muscles, especially the outdoor pool with scenic views. Despite being a bit remote, we enjoyed the peacefulness and easy access to hiking trails.
The breakfast menu was quite limited, and not everyone might like sashimi for breakfast.
